Want to work with clay but not interested in the pottery wheel? This is the class for you.

Join instructor Cray Charlebois for a 5-week clay slab building class. This project-based class will focus on using slabs of clay to build vessels,
such as vases, mugs and lidded containers. Each class builds on the other, so it is important to attend all sessions. Surface patterns will also
be explored, as well as embellishments such as handles, knobs and feet. No experience is needed. Class size is limited to six and is suitable for
ages 13 and up. A separate session for glazing of work will be scheduled and is included. All clay and tools are provided. Masks are required.

Registration includes all materials you will need for class, one bisque firing and one glaze firing. Classes are limited to 6 students, ensuring a high level of individual attention, and are reserved on a first-paid basis. Sorry, we cannot refund money once you have started the classes. In the event the class is cancelled, your payment will be refunded.
